Jay grew up in the automotive capital of the world, Detroit, Michigan and moved to the Valley from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1996. Prior to Real Estate, he spent 18 years in corporate transportation sales, acquiring numerous awards and achieving the highest recognition in industry sales and sales management.
Jay has over 21 years of sales, marketing and management experience and started his real estate career with RE/MAX Fine Properties in Scottsdale . With an emphasis on Helping his agents succeed by way of education, research, hard work and specialized
knowledge, Jay truly wants to see his agents grow and prosper along with the company. He and his wife Michelle and have successfully sold almost $150 Million in Residential Real Estate to date. Michelle has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and worked in the corporate world for 15 years, ten of which were with Paychex, Inc. Michelle started her real estate career with RE/MAX Fine Properties, where she was Rookie of the Year, a distinguished member of the "Platinum Club" and the "Hall Of Fame", and was consistently ranked as one the top 5 agents within RE/MAX Fine Properties. She now co-owns Desert Platinum Properties.

Julie grew up in Southern California and graduated from Cal State University San Bernardino with a B.A. in Business. After college she moved to Prescott, AZ, for a short time and decided to travel the US. Most recently Julie resided in Atlanta, Georgia. There she worked for a construction development company for multi-family residential properties for two years. During that time, she learned the ins and outs of what it takes to start a project from the beginning and see it through to the end. From rolling up construction plans for bid lists to making business calls, Julie possesses valuable client relationship skills as well as the desire to reach the ultimate goal of a completed transaction.
In her heart, Julie knew she wanted to settle down in Arizona, the state she grew so found of years back. Currently residing in Scottsdale, Julie has decided to pursue a career in real estate. She joined The Meglio Macklin Group as the Licensed Transaction Coordinator in the summer of 2006. Julie is an intricate part of each transaction, from coordinating the opening of escrow to closing.
